Stuart has over 17 years of experience in conducting and managing both local and large scale International environmental monitoring projects. Specialising in air monitoring (stack emissions testing and ambient) has taken him to the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia imparting his industry knowledge.
Paul has over 15 years’ experience in stack emission sampling in Europe and Australia. He is MCERTS accredited and fully endorsed (UK professional qualification for stack emissions sampling). Paul has led air quality monitoring campaigns at a range of industrial processes including cement manufacturing, waste incineration and waste-to-energy plants, power generation facilities and inorganic and organic chemical manufacturing sites.
Paul has specialist knowledge and extensive experience in Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) assurance testing in accordance with ‘BS EN 14181: 2014. Stationary Source Emissions – Quality Assurance of Automated Measuring Systems’ and the ‘Department of Environment Regulation (DER) CEMS Code for Western Australia (2016)’.
Paul has been responsible for developing Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) for the management and operation of CEMS at a number of industrial facilities in Australia. He provides expert advice and guidance on CEMS and conducts independent audits to assess compliance with the CEMS Code.
